Linda Gupton, LMSW

Linda Gupton, L.M.S.W. is a mandated reporter and  a graduate of Fordham University. She has spent 24 years working with children, families and adults in the arena of foster care, mental health, substance abuse, and family court cases.  She specializes in CBT, Mindfulness Meditation, ABC, Play Therapy;  Mind Body Techniques (Yoga), Motivational Interviewing, Conflict Resolution,  Co-Occurring disorders and  Psychodrama.  

She has worked with men who are re-entering into society from being incarcerated.  Children who have been returned home from foster care, and been exposed to bullying or have ADHD..  Adolescents who are resistant in following the direction of their parents or rejected by them, and. adults who have experienced Mental Health concerns involving trauma, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia,  ADD, bipolar disorder, phobias, anger management, and couples conflict. 

Linda believes that psychotherapy is instrumental in helping one have a better understanding of self.
