Therapy can help you think through problems and concerns and receive feedback from an objective person with no vested interesting the outcome. Therapy can also help identify trends and make connections between past experiences and current behavior.

Will you prescribe medication?

I do not prescribe medication. However, the practice can refer you to a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) for evaluation,prescription for medication, and medication monitoring.
